Unemployment Strategic Planning in the Public Sector

today announced the dismissal of some 7,000 employees in the public sector by a government decision to shift proposed as a solution to improve government finances. The decision to take the country into a unemployment rate close to 17.0% .

The alternatives offered to these employees displaced includes the promise of placing them in the private sector and other job fairs. Help and guidance for developing and positioning your resume ... (but where?). The truth is that in the country no sources of employment.

We can not raise the offer of employment in the private sector as the country's economic solution because we creating false expectations and hopes in town. The truth is that there is no established companies that can absorb the available labor force, because in times of recession the demand for products and services are reduced and, therefore, the need for higher yields fall.

Every unemployed person has the potential to "cover their costs" rather than "economic burden" for the Country! Microenterprise development is the basis for solving the country's economic crisis!

If we take (only 50% of employees made redundant today) 3,500 people and create a small business with each of them will 3.500 3.500 new companies and new jobs , with the potential to bring the total to 7.000 new jobs (if each hired one person to help).

Why we do not see the development of microenterprises as a feasible solution?
The answer is simple .... afraid!
Fear
start from the beginning, afraid to fight, afraid to work to get what we want. We want everything done . We want the "big business" (that's another set) to hire many people, not wanting to create, develop, fight for a dream ... and be great! As a country it is easier to remove what does not work, try to organize it and fix it.

Take the entrepreneurship as ... a tangible solution. Let wasting time in job fairs and writing resumes that are not going to read! We can start a new future, creating a micro enterprise for each of us.
