organizations, movements and government agencies promoting aid every day and offers support for the development of micro, small and medium companies, new and existing, creating expectations of those who seek to create a business. What is the real extent of this aid? Is there a discount available to provide these entrepreneurs? Is it tangible to the proposal made to them? Our experience is far from reality.
There are three realities that are taking place:
1st. A tender offer is not real.
advertising offers help in most cases is not available, either because they lack the resources offered or, because (given the requirements) are not accessible to the interested.
2nd. The proposals are designed with the same parameters of 10 years ago.
requirements, conditions, parameters of qualification and the issue of permits, are some of the things that have not been tempered with the times and, moreover, the economic reality of Puerto Rico today.
3rd. There is a public policy aimed at development of MSMEs.

We have to create a philosophy work and a public policy and designed by (and for) the MSMEs. We must create new strategies and especially for the micro-enterprise. Working
